Our COVID-19 Safety and Cleaning Protocols
For the protection of Facility Pro’s clients and employees, all of our staff are wearing face masks and gloves while cleaning. We are also practicing 6-foot social distancing on clients’ premises.
Facility Pro cleaners are trained to follow our stringent protocols to prevent cross-contamination on objects and surfaces when cleaning. Our “safety first” best practices include cleaning and disinfection of high touch-point areas in your facility. With already highly detailed cleaning practices in place, we have been able to easily adapt for COVID-19. Our workplace cleaning procedures enable owners and managers to comply with government regulations.
We actively communicate with our staff to keep them mindful of our policies relating to COVID-19. Specifically, we ask staff to stay at home if unwell in any way, have travelled recently or have been in contact with anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19. Our team is doing everything we can to keep our clients safe and deliver the consistently high level of service they deserve!
